Anton began his yoga journey just a short time ago, in search of stress relief. What he found has become the greatest passion of his life!
He received his 200 hr. teacher training certificate from At One Yoga in Scottsdale, AZ and has completed the YogaWorks Bridge program. Anton is one of the faculty teachers for the LifePower Yoga (Yoga Alliance certified) teacher training program at LifePower Yoga in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has a full schedule of classes and workshops at LifePower Yoga Scottsdale, True Hot Yoga Scottsdale, The Madison Improvement Club in Phoenix and private classes as well. He is an alumnus Lululemon Ambassador.
Anton has spread his love of yoga to several high school sports teams and after school programs and finds most enjoyment in organizing Yoga For a Cause events that bring awareness to local, national, and international non-profit organizations. He has also worked with professional Baseball players incorporating yoga into their training programs.
His knowledge and love of the human body helps him teach the physical practice of yoga, but his passion and love for life help him share the deeper meaning of yoga with those around him. Anton has his degree in Kinesiolgy from Arizona State University and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He works for FitLife Scottsdale, a fitness and sports conditioning studio, training athletes of all ages and levels.
Always the student, Anton is grateful for all his amazing teachers. He has studied under and learned from John Salisbury, Jenn Chiarelli, Alex Austin, Vanessa Lee, Ian Lopatin, David Romanelli, Cheryl Hall-Oliver, Darren Rhodes, Vinnie Marino, Brock and Krista Cahill, Johnny Kest, Simon Park, Dice Iida-Klein, Briohny Smyth, Desiree Lapre, Sara Ivanhoe, Malachai Melville, Julie Boyd, Tiffany Cruikshank and Tamal Dodge.

Anton’s own passion shines bright through his energetic teaching of proper alignment and core engagement. He uses his extensive knowledge in kinesiology (the science of movement of the body), to create dynamic sequences with fluid, smooth transitions that balance and challenge the movement and muscles of the body while calming the fluctuations of the mind.
Throughout his class Anton will breakdown arm balance and inversion poses teaching students to use their core and bandhas to create lightness, lifting them off their mats and into the air! His hands-on adjustments compassionately help guide students into proper alignment and deeper poses. Through yoga we can all face our fears, heal our body, mind, & soul and create a life full of love and happiness.
